AMD has recently unveiled a Brand New AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT, it's not Gen4 but it comes with new algorithms that can compete with Intel 10th Gen Processors.

This processor comes with six cores and twelve threads with a base clock speed of 3.8 GHz and can go up to 4.5 GHz.
